CAN-AM CENTRAL SETUP 2009


2 WEEKS BEFORE RACE

Set up a schedule and call for volunteers. (Two volunteers for every shift)

Call telephone company to install phone lines.

1 WEEK BEFORE RACE

Clean out the center and begin the setup.

Check the phone lines.

Call for volunteers to bring in food to the center.(Volunteer food starts on Sunday night.)

SATURDAY (Race Start Day)

Make charts with names of racers, start times, in and out times, and finish times for each race.

Post signs on the doors identifying Can-Am Central.

Open Can-Am Central to the public at 12 noon in the basement of the Lonesome Pine ski lodge.

SUNDAY

Move Can-Am Central to the 1st floor of the ski lodge after the 60/30 awards ceremony/brunch on Sunday morning.
