Travel Information

Host Family Request

If you would like to stay with a host family please contact hostfamilies@can-am-crown.net as soon as possible. If you make your request early they can usually find a household to accommodate you, your handler and your dog team. Please limit yourself to two guests (only you and your handler), unless you know that the host family would be happy to accommodate more. Host families should not be expected to provide accommodations before Thursday or after the last day of the races.

Confidential Medical Information

Please list any of your medical conditions which Can-Am Crown organizers or medics might need to know, such as diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, allergies, back or neck problems, etc. Also list any drugs you are currently taking, or which you will be taking during the race.

Finish Registration

By submitting this application, you are agreeing to the following:

• You agree to abide by the Can-Am Crown race rules and hereby acknowledge that you have received, read and understood the 2024 race rules.
• You agree to allow your team to be tested for the use of unauthorized drugs.
• You agree that the race marshal is the final arbitrator of the race and that you will abide by his/her decisions.
• You further agree to release the sponsors, race managers, and other individuals associated with the race from any claim or demand resulting from injury or accident, damage or loss to yourself, your dogs or your equipment which may occur during the race.
• You agree that Can-Am Crown, Inc. and the race sponsors shall have free authority to photograph and otherwise collect information about the race and all participants therein and to use such photographs and information for advertising, public relations, brochures, posters, or other publicity.
